- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from our office located in Lahore.

6. Delivery Instructions and Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are accurate during checkout. This is crucial for successful delivery by Trax. Trax will typically attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, your package will be returned to our office. In such cases, you will be contacted by our team to - arrange re-shipment, which may involve an additional delivery fee.
