At 99byInna, we stand by the purity and quality of our organic, cruelty-free products. Your satisfaction with our Ubtan, Skin Brightening, and Hair Oil solutions is our top priority. Due to the personal nature of our skincare products, we offer returns and exchanges only on a conditional basis as detailed below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We only accept returns or process exchanges under the following limited conditions:

2. Conditions for Conditional Acceptance
For a return or exchange to be conditionally accepted, the following criteria must be met:
- Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, incorrect item, or quality issue.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Unopened/Unused (If Applicable): For claims involving damage or wrong items, the product must be otherwise unused. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with product efficacy once the original seal is broken, due to hygiene and quality control standards.
- Initiation: The return process must be initiated by contacting our customer care team first (see Section 5).
3. Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at info@99byinna.pk or call 0300-1510760 immediately, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and the required photographic evidence.
- Assessment: Our team will review the evidence and determine if your request meets our conditional return criteria.
- Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship the product back to our office in Lahore.
- Inspection & Action: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
- For Exchange: If approved, we will dispatch the correct or replacement item within 48 working hours.
- For Refund: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
4. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Products where the security seal or original packaging has been opened, used, or tampered with (except in cases of confirmed damage).
- Products purchased during clearance, flash sales, or promotional periods (unless they arrive damaged).
- Any product returned without a prior Return Authorization (RA) number.
